Oh So Fancy

Here we are at the New York Fancy Food Show this past June. Butter took home the silver SOFI (Special Outstanding Food Innovation)  award for our raspberry marshmallows. The Fancy Food Shows held in New York and San Francisco showcase over 260,000 specialty food products - think cheeses, coffee, and sweets of course. Our SOFI is our very own Oscar, as near and dear to our hearts as those raspberry marshmallows.
