It's back to school season and even if you've been out of school for years this time of year has a certain feel to it. When August rolls around, we all gear up for back to school shopping (or ahem, just shopping) and let's face it, sometimes back to school can feel a little gloomy. I have always liked the idea of leaving little notes in someone's lunch box. A post-it with a photo or a 'have a great day' stuck to a chocolate chip cookie is both cute and simple.
Retro lunchboxes are big right now and retro lunchboxes call for retro treats so even if your honey or bff isn't going back to school send them on their way with a little note and a s'more or a giant sugar cookie. We promise this will make the first week back at school or work more enjoyable. Next week you can go back to apples and cheese slices but let's ease into things for now.
